Second, the instructions for use
1. The oven should be placed in a dry, non-corrosive atmosphere indoors and kept as level as possible.
2. A special power distribution board that should be set up and meet the working voltage and electrical safety requirements. And confirm the "phase, middle, and ground" lines on the plug.
3. In the 380V three-phase four-wire system, the four wires should be “A, B, C” and neutral, and the grounding wire should be taken out from the indoor grounding sign of the oven control room.
4. When all preparations are ready, place the sample, close the door, and open the top exhaust valve. Turn on the power to turn on the “Power Switch” and “Blowing Switch”.
5, 101A-3, 101A-4 type oven, in order to accelerate the temperature rise, another set of "heating switch", when the temperature inside the box reaches the set value, the "heating switch" should be turned off to ensure the temperature uniformity inside the box.
6. Temperature setting: Press the “∧” and “∨” keys on the panel of the temperature controller to display the set value in the lower row, and the green digital tube can display the desired value. If the required control temperature is 105 ° C, the green digital tube can be displayed as "105".

Third, matters needing attention
1. This series of ovens are non-explosion-proof ovens. Do not put inflammable and explosive materials into the box to avoid explosion accidents.
2. The oven enclosure must be effectively grounded to ensure safety.
3. When placing or removing the sample, wear protective gloves to avoid burns.
4. This series of ovens can be controlled automatically by constant temperature. However, during use, someone must observe the temperature change inside the box to prevent over-temperature damage.
5. The average load of the sample stencil is kg/m2. Do not over-tight and overload when placing the sample. No items can be placed on the bottom ventilator of the studio to avoid affecting the air circulation inside the box.
6. The inner door is tempered glass. When the temperature inside the box is high, please do not open the door immediately to avoid sudden temperature drop and damage the glass.
7. The electrical control circuit of the oven is installed in the side control room. The control room door cannot be opened normally to avoid affecting the normal operation of the electrical appliance. When the oven fails, ask a professional to overhaul or contact the company for timely resolution.
